Our business strategy is to provide: (1) a site for exchanging oil and gas electronic
joint interest billing invoices and checks between operators, producers,
etc and users of that data (e.g., royalty and decimal interest owners), (2) links
to and repositories for oil and gas data which is useful to oil and gas parties,
and (3) software for interest owners. We use industry standard electronic exchange
formats, such as XML and CSV. We offer custom formats, custom software, and links
to the client's SQL Server or other popular databases. Exchanging the data electronically
eleminates the laborious, costly data entry methods used by many recipients of paper
invoices and checks. Our offerings follow.
Joint Interest Billing
Our first offering is electronic Joint Interest Billing (JIB) invoice (see menu
JIB Invoices). Operators/producers submit your invoices to this site
using CSV or XML formats. Your invoices are then retained in a secure directory
where only someone with your password can see the information. You can then prepare
a report on the screen showing line item detail or summary totals in various sequences
(cost class, date) by the operator/producers or your own cost class. This allows
you to balance to the invoice mailed by the operator/producer. Then the invoice
can be retrieved from this site and placed in a XML, CSV, or Excel electronic file
on your computer where it can be processed by your software. We can provide custom
software to process these files or place them into SQL Server or other database
tables.
Production History
Our second offering is Oklahoma Oil and Gas Production History (see menu Production
History).. At the present this data,
courtesy of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, is periodically loaded to this
site. Future offerings will be drilling permits and progress, and on screen maps
of selected data.
Investor Oil and Gas Accounting System
Our third offering is a Personal Computer and network based system for recording
electronic and manually entered check data, and invoice data into a full functional
Accounting System with an interfaced lease history and leases database (see
menu Interest Owner Software). The Accounting System provides industry
standard reports such as Journal Entries, Profit and Loss Statements, and Assets
and Liabilities reports. Many other reports and queries for the Lease History and
Leases are also provided.
Electronic Check Data
A future offering is Electronic Check Data (see menu Check
Data). Operators/producers will submit your check information to this
site using CDEX, CSV or XML formats. These invoices will be retained
in a secure directory where only someone with your password can see the information.
You can then prepare a report on the screen showing line item detail or summary
totals in various sequences (cost class, date) by the operator/producers or your
own cost class. This allows you to balance to the check and detail mailed by the
operator/producer. Then the check data can be retrieved from this site and placed
in a electronic file on your computer where it can be processed by your software.
